This Privacy Policy explains how Infiniti Systems ("Infiniti", "we", "us") processes personal data when you use Infiniti Estates at estates.infinitisys.com.
1. Who we are

2. Data we process
- Account data: name, email, phone (E.164), authentication identifiers (including Google login subject where used), role/membership metadata, and legal-acceptance timestamps/versions.
- Estate operational data: units, people, levies, payments, packages, insurance, mortgages, and related notes/images uploaded by authorised users.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/user-agent, security logs, and cookies required for session/auth and estate context.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide and secure the multi-tenant SaaS, authenticate users, enforce roles and tenancy, support estate operations, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. Bases typically include contract performance, legitimate interests in securing and operating the service, and consent where required (for example non-essential cookies, if introduced later).
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication/session (infiniti.estates.auth), anti-forgery, and estate context selection. These are necessary for the app to work. 5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, email, payment gateways you enable), with estate administrators for their tenant, and when required by law. Google receives authentication data when you choose Google sign-in.
6. Retention
Account and estate records are retained while the estate/subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backup, dispute, and legal purposes, unless a customer agreement specifies otherwise.
7. Security
We apply access controls, tenancy filters, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and password/lockout policies. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; report suspected issues to the site admin.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction. Residents should usually contact their estate administrator first; account holders may also contact Infiniti Systems via the site admin channel.
9. International transfers
Data may be processed in regions where our hosting and support providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.
