Pricing FAQ

Every new estate gets 6 months free with full Standard features. No card required to start. After the trial, the price is $5 per active resident per month, billed in USD or your estate's local currency.

An active resident is a person with an active membership or occupancy on the estate (billed monthly per resident record). Dependents can be included per your membership policy.

Residents can pay online through supported payment gateways (Paystack and Flutterwave in Africa; live gateway keys are configured per deployment). Bank transfers and cash can be recorded at the desk. Each estate keeps its own local-currency books plus USD books (no automatic currency conversion).

Infiniti Estates works for estates, residential communities, owners' associations and property managers in any country — for example Nigeria, Ghana or the UAE. Each estate has its own local currency (ISO 4217, for example NGN, GHS or AED) with USD books alongside; amounts are not auto-converted. Standard is $5 per resident per month, billed in USD or your estate's local currency — contact us with any questions.

Yes. Cancel anytime during the trial with no charge. After conversion, contact us to end monthly billing; we do not lock your export of people, units, or payment history.
