These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Infiniti Estates, a multi-tenant estate-management SaaS product operated by Infiniti Systems ("Infiniti", "we", "us") at estates.infinitisys.com.
1. The service
Infiniti Estates provides tools for estate operators and residents to manage units, memberships, levies, payments, packages, insurance, mortgages, and related records within isolated estate (tenant) workspaces. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration details (including a unique phone number where required) and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Estate administrators decide who may join their estate workspace and with which role.
3. Multi-tenant data
Each estate's operational data is scoped to that estate. You must not attempt to access another estate's data or circumvent tenancy, role, or access controls. Customer content remains associated with the estate that owns it.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful estate-management purposes. You must not misuse the platform (including probing for vulnerabilities outside an authorized program, scraping at abusive rates, uploading malware, or infringing others' rights).
5. Fees and billing
If your organisation has a commercial agreement with Infiniti Systems, that agreement (or invoice terms) controls fees. In-app levy/payment records reflect estate operations and do not themselves create a contract with Infiniti unless separately agreed.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
7. Intellectual property
The Infiniti Estates application, branding, and documentation are owned by Infiniti Systems or its licensors. You retain rights in content you lawfully upload; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it to provide the service.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Infiniti Systems is not a law firm, bank, or insurer; outputs and records are operational aids only. Liability caps and exclusions in any signed customer agreement apply; otherwise, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, security risk, or non-payment under a commercial agreement. Estate admins may deactivate memberships within their tenant.
